Ambush

[Xazz]

((I forgot what I wanted her to say XD))

"I was?" Ryn asked and tilted her head in confusion.

[Shizuka]

"Yeah, you were.", Myra said. She and Arriana exchanged glances before bursting out in laughter.

"I can't believe you don't remember!", Arriana said.

[Xazz]

"What!" Ryn asked. "Wat did I do now?" she pouted quietly folding her arms over her chest.

[Shizuka]

"You can't remember what you were gonna say!", Myra said, rolling on the ground. The two girls kept on laughing until...

[Xazz]

"Oh be quiet you two two silly gults!" Ryn yelled angrily her ears twitching to a fro. "I can't hear over your blasted din!"

[Shizuka]

The two girls' laughter died down to giggles and snickers. "Sorry...", the two said in unison.

[Xazz]

"Shh," Ryn hused. "Get ready," she said quietly. "We're being watched, I can feel it," she said at a whisper.

[Shizuka]

Both girls readied their weapons. Myra strung her bow with an arrow, Arriana pulling out her dagger. The three sat in silence.

[Xazz]

"Get up, slowly," said Ryn. Whatever was coming was big, she could feel it in the way the air moved, how it brushed her face. Hell she hadn't spent more then 3/4 of her childhood training to be an eliet of eliets for nothing! "No sudden moves," she whispered and slowly eased into a crouching/standing position.

[Shizuka]

The girls did as they were told, getting up as slowly as they could. "What is it?", Myra asked, whispering.

[Xazz]

"I'm not sure... its big as hell though," said Ryn and got into a slumped standing position.

((can we bring in a stray mh? That would be fun >D))

[Shizuka]

((that would be so cool! but odd... then again, Metal Kor did say 'the last rift ring was finally open'... maybe other rift rings were around before Jak went into the future... aw just bring it in!))

The girls kept on getting up slowly, unsure of what it was.

[Xazz]

"Shit," Ryn cursed. Now she knew what the thing was. She cursed under her breath repeatedly. "You guys, when I say I want you to run. Don't argue just do it. What is here you can't fight," she said and held Tucker out to the girls. One of them took him. "Remember when I say," she felt it getting closer. But no dred built. This had happened way to many times for her to feel scared or nervouse. "GO!" she yelled and then heard them take off running just as she felt the ground begin to shake.

[Shizuka]

Tucker protested in leaving his owner, but was held firmly by Arriana's arms. Both girls were shaking with fear as they ran to get out of there.

[Xazz]

"Bring it on," Ryn smirked and her hands danced with yellow lightning. After a moment she heard it roar and bellow with great ferousousness (sp?). "Its a Wastland... suweeet, been a long time Kor. Show me what you got," she said to herself building up her own hype to get her pumped.

[Shizuka]

The girls kept on running before stopping to catch their breath. Myra turned back to see how Teacher was fairing and gasped. "What in the name of the Precursors is that... that... thing?", she asked, pointing to it. Arriana turned to get a good look at it and Tucker stopped struggling.

[Xazz]

Out from behind the trees ((yes trees, its more dramatic)) came a great towering figure. It rode on two hulking tree trunk legs, while two smaller ones were for grasping. Its head was huge and it had a long tail. It looked like a dinosoar. But that wasn't its most striking features. It was the fact it had a big ass glowing gem in the middle of its foread some weird contraption on its back, and it was loaded with plate armor.

"So this is the best you got Kor, one measily little Wastlander?" and Ryn smirked. "Okay then," and her smirk grew dark and dangerouse.

[Shizuka]

The girls watched in horror as their Teacher was facing off the creature. Tucker let out a small, timid yowl before curling up in Arriana's arms.

[Xazz]

"Hey, ungly ass!" Ryn called. The metal head looked down at her. "Come get some," and she slapped her butt in his direction. It roared and charged. She jumped and flipped out of the way, sending off a bolt of Blue eco. It hit its eye and he screamed.

[Shizuka]

The girls cupped their ears, Tucker was on the ground whimpering. "Make it stop!", Myra said.

[Xazz]

"Girls!" they heard Teacher yell at them. "Get father away, NOW!!"
