Bridge

[Xazz]

((this one is set a few years in the future. Like five. So keep that in mind))

"The day sings of darkness," Ronny said to herself as a small bird sceleton chased a live mouse around her lythe form. She followed them with her eyes, and grinned. "As do dead birds," she laughed.

She was sitting by a lake, under the shade of a tree. Enolian was back in the deep shadows of the branches while her two dragon-flies spirled and twirled over the great lake; where she could barley see the opposite shore. The sky was almost painfully bright with masses of white clouds. The sun high in the sky.

She knew she was being watched. She felt their life force behind her in the dark shadows of the trees. But unless provocked she would let them be. The bird skeleton jumped onto her finger, flapping its bone wings.

[Lord Zaeon]

Spiral sat there, in the trees, carving an apple with a knife. He took a piece and ate it. He was carving a dragon, one that resembled his mother. He hummed an old hymn to himself.

[Xazz]

The dragon-flies flew past him. Flying around his head chasing each other.

[Lord Zaeon]

Spiral sat there, allowing them to circle his head at they pleased. He didn't mind, he kept carving the apple.

[Xazz]

Then finally they landed on his shoulders. Recognizing him as kin (in some sence of the word) and flipped their wings to their backs chirping quietly.

[Lord Zaeon]

He smiled as they landed on his shoulders. He cut two pieces of the apple and offered them to the two.

[Xazz]

They gobbled it up and creened. They took flight, confused as to why he looked for them. They landed on Ronny's shoulders in front of him; still under her tree. Before Reshree took flight and came back to him, hovering in the air.

[Lord Zaeon]

He laughed some. "You want more?" He asked. He cut another piece of the apple and gave it to Reshree. He shrugged. "Might as well take the whole apple." He gave it to the Draon-fly.

[Xazz]

She took it gently in her mouth and flew back to Ronny, dropping it in her hand. She looked around, then back at Spiral; and couldn't help but grin.

[Lord Zaeon]

He grinned back at her. He laid his head back and began humming again.

[Xazz]

'Chirp' Reshree landed on his shoulder again.

[Lord Zaeon]

He opened his eyes again. "I'm sorry, I don't have any more apples." He said.

[Xazz]

She chirped agaian and pulled at his clothes.

[Lord Zaeon]

"What?" He asked. He used a finger to stroke the Dragon-Fly.

[Xazz]

She looked at Ronny, then back at Spiral. Then tugged his clothes in her direction.

[Lord Zaeon]

He chuckled some. "Okay okay." He said. He jumped down from his tree, then walked over to Ronny. "I was asked to come over." He said, grinning.

[Xazz]

"Hello," she said looking up at him with a grin. Above them somthing hissed. "Enolian, hush you," she scolded looking up at the canopy.

[Lord Zaeon]

He looked up. "Who and or what is Enolian?" He asked.

[Xazz]

At a silent command the Heartless dropped down from the branches to land right next to Ronny.

[Lord Zaeon]

He looked at the Heartless. "Ah, a Heartless. Search Ghost right?"

[Xazz]

Ronny nodded and stroked his beige head, his yellow eye closed half way. "His name is Enolian," she said, "and I'm Ronny. Who are you?"
