A walk... to death? (I think not...)

"Is it safe?" asked a girl with black-purple eyes from the shadows of a alley into a comm.

"Yeah," came the crackling and static voice on the other end. "Streets are clear and we have people watching the patrols. Its safe to play," she knew the boy on the other end was grinning. The girl smiled grimly and dissapeared into a room. A few moments later the one of the two's discussion came out.

It was Doll, on his way to meet one of his partners. He prfered to walk, as it showed both the Baron and the KG that they couldn't mess with him anymore then they had.

He shoved his forlock out of his eyes, and they fell back into place slightly. Behind him came a white eyed girl. She grinned and laced her hand through his and they walked out of the alley.

Above them they were watched. Both by their own men, but also by another person. But that wasn't surprising, as many people had it out for Doll. From the Baron to the lower crime bosses and even the higher up ones who didn't like him not responding to their stupid threats, to gang lords who didn't like his men on their truf.

The lone elf watched from a roof top down at the two.

[Shizuka]

Sammy just sat there, watching through her camoculars. This was a very interesting boy who seemed... tourtured yet... peaceful at the same time. She pressed a small button on the camoculars and the shutter snapped shut, taking the picture.
"One down, one to go...", she whispered to herself.

((and if you can't tell, camoculars are binoculars with a camera inside them))

"Somone is watching us," said Doll quietly to the girl next to him.

"Really?" she asked just as quietly letting him lead her. But then not being able to see what else could she do.

"Yeah, three buildings back," he said almost emotionestly. "Lets see how long it takes for her to get spotted," and they continued on in silence.

[Shizuka]

She looked through the camoculars again only to see a very large pair of angry eyes staring at her. "What the - Torn! What a surprise!", she said, nervousness in her voice.

"I thought I told you not to take these and use them for anything other than your work.", Torn said and jerked the camoculars from Sammy's hands.

"But I am doing work! I'm trying to spy on some people that you needed to know about!", she protested and reached for them. "Oh really? Who are they?", he asked.

"Some kids. One of them's name is Doll. I don't know the other one's name... yet.", she said and got a good hold of them. Torn just walked off and left Sammy to continue her work.

[Xazz]

"Three O'clock," a green eyed boy whispered to a girl with saphire eyes.

"I see her," she said lowering her binoculars.

"One," said Doll so only Seeree heard him.

On that cue the girl jumped across the road and landed in front of Sammy. And I mean she litterally jumped from one side of the street on a roof top to across the street on another rooftop. The boy followed. "You know," said the boy. Neither of them looked older then fourteen. "We don't take kindly t people taking interest in our leader," he hissed.

[Shizuka]

Sammy jumped and started stuttering. "Wh-wh- who's your leader?", she asked nervously.

[Xazz]

"Yeah, like we would tell a spy to the underground," said the girl and grabbed Sammy by the collar. "Tell me, did Torn put you up to this... that man really should learn his place," she hissed. Her grip was strong, no way could Sammy could break that grip without lossing her shirt.

[Shizuka]

"He asked me to keep a few tabs on some kids with something 'special' about them. You guys seem like the kids he described. And I take it you're the leader.", she said, the camoculars dropping on the roof.

[Xazz]

"Me? You think it is me?" asked the girl behind her the boy laughed. "RH4-7Y Be quite," she snapped at him. He shut up and stood at attention, just as he was trained back before he had learned his new will, when his serial number was called.

[Shizuka]

Sammy watched as the boy stood at attention before being jerked to get her attention. "Well, since you are... kind of in control here, I just thought that you were the leader.", she replied.

[Xazz]

"Think whatever you wish Underground filth, be sure to keep your eyes to yourself. Or know you will meet the wrong side of Huntress's blades," she hissed into Sammy's face before letting go and pushing her back. "Come," she said to the boy and the leped gracfully and easily over the street to the other roof.

[Shizuka]

Sammy just sat there, wide-eyed. It took Adrian coming up there to make her come back to her senses. She picked up the camoculars and followed, looking back to where the kids had been every now and then.

[Xazz]

"Effective," said Doll as they entered Southtown.

"Well what do you expect from her?" Seeree asked leaning against him slightly. If it was anyone else Doll wouldn't have alowed that... but this was Seeree.

"I guess," he said quietly.

[Shizuka]

"I don't know how many times I've told that girl... she needs to just stop now while she's still alive.", a blue haired girl said over her comm. She paused to listen to the other person on the other end.

"Sammy'll be fine. As long as they don't find out she's there, she'll be fine.", the voice replied.

"I don't care, Adrian, she's gonna get killed if she's not careful. I've heard about those kids, and they're not just ordinary teens... they've been programed to kill if nessecary."

"Binkta, she'll be fine. Besides, if Torn gives her anything to do with these kids, she won't take it. I found her just sitting on the rooftop scared stiff. If she hears anything about these teens, she'll go hide. Whatever happened on the roof was enough to keep her away from them."

"I still fear for her.", Binkta said and put her comm up.

"Here we are," said Ragdoll and the two stood in front of the Hip Hog. "Check it," he said flatly.

After a second of silence the girl nodded and they entered the bar, hands still laced together.

[Shizuka]

Binkta walked in, putting her comm in it's place. When she looked up, she saw Doll and the other girl in there as well. She just sat down in one of the booths, one eye focused on the teens, the other on the other people in the bar.

[Xazz]

"I hate being watched," said Seeree glumly.

"Ahhh," they were interupted by the foating blimp of a man Krew. "Doll, my good man so good to see you," he said greasily.

"Krew," sad Doll flatly. "You know I am here because of one reason... I lost a few people in the sewers three days ago... it stank of you."

"Yes... well-

"You know what I do with traters," Doll hissed. "You saw what I did to Barnro," he said. He had made that man go insane and killing himself. "Do not trifle with me Krew. I have eyes and ears everywhere," the last words were spoken as if he was whsipering them in Krew's dwarfed ears.

"Yes, ey, I fully relise that-

"Also, you failed to deliver my supplies last week," he said cooly as Krew started to sweat heavily. "My cargo of guns and food never reached its destination... I have people to outfit Krew. And- if it happens again..." he said no more but instead a scene played in Krew's mind and the blimp shuttered. "I will personality make sure Huntress has her way with you," he hissed.

[Shizuka]

Binkta, upon hearing what was said, shifted both eyes to the other person entering the bar. She smirked as soon as she saw who it was. "I didn't think you'd be here, Adrian.", she said.

"Yeah, I didn't think I would've come either had it not been for Torn. He didn't want to waste air space filling your air with his words and gave this to me to give to you.", Adrian said, pulling out a paper and sliding it across the table.

After she read it, she leaned back before saying, "I really hate doing things like that...", and got up to leave for the mission Torn wanted her to do.

[Xazz]

"We clear Krew?" Doll asked. "I want no more mispahs, or else it will be your fat neck on the line. And don't think Sig or your new hired muscle can help. I already have them wrapped around my finger," he said cooly. "We understand each other?"

"Yes," he rasped. "I understand Ragdoll."

"Good," he said and smirked. "And becarful what you think when around me," and he got up from the booth taking Seeree by the hand.
