Mia and Thom were bickering... again, not that it was anything new. Those two bickered like mother hens. "Mia, comon, I said I was sorry like a thousand times," said Thom.
"Its still gone. Now I have more important work to do then to argue with a idiotic brute like you," said Mia and pun on her heel marching off. Thom made a strangling like motion after his sister but made no move to follow. Instead he started cleaing up dishes, somthing he (oddly) did when he wanted to releive stress.

Teran looked between the two. Mia was yelling at Thom again, and he didn't know if it would be okay to follow her. He did so anyway.

"Teren, dont follow her. She'll just throw somthing at you," said Thom as he saw Teran made to follow his sister. Sure there was that, Mia would throw somthing at Teran just in her anger at Thom, but also he didn't want a boy anywhere near his little sister.

"You can help me," said Thom and grabbed Teran by the shoulder propeling him to the sink and handing him a scrubber attacked to a stick. "Soap, water," he pointed both out and then scrubbed out a plate.

Teran was less than thrilled to be washing dishes, but he was at a disadvantage. He was polite. He began washing as instructed.

It only took five minutes. But then Thom was washing, he always finished in a quick time. And by the time Teran had finished one Thom had three. "Easy," said Thom drying his hands.

Thom brethed out his nose. "Nothing wrong... I guess. Just, I do it all the time, so do others in the village. Hard to beleive you never did it."
"Thomsan, are you bothering Mia's boyfriend!" Poppa called from the living room.
"Teran is't my/her boyfriend," cam two angry roars from their grandchildren at the same time, Mia apparently had heard. In the livingroom Poppa grinned at Gran who winked. All of this was unseen by the younger elves of course.

"Huh?" Teran asked confused. "It's so tedious though..." Teran said. At the mention of boyfriend he went slightly red again.
