Teran looked out at the ocean for a second. After a few seconds, he saw a great orange dorsal fin rise above the water. It was a Lurker Shark. But Mia was unconscious. Maybe she'll wake up in time. All of these thoughts raced through Teran's head. Without a second thought, he left his sandals at the beach and dove into the water.

"What the... Teran!" he yelled as the younger boy dived into the water. Thom saw the fin. "Crap crap crap crap crap," he muttered to himself as he looked between his sister and Teran.

"Don't worry!" Teran yelled back at him. "I'll be-" He was suddenly dug under water. After a few seconds, he reemerged. "-Okay!" He yelled back.

"Hell you better be, Teacher'll have my hide if you get killed!" he yelled and sat down Mia cradled in his lap. He knew that if he left Teran could get eaten, and if he was here he could help if needed. And he knew Mia would be okay...even if she would still be pissed when she woke up again.

Teran was elated. He would finally be able to catch a Lurker Shark, for Mia. He was dragged back underwater, where he entered into slow combat again. He mostly used his sword as a shield, sometimes using it as a stationary lance.

Teran withdrew a yellow scroll with two dragons embroidered on both sides. He opened it as quickly as he could, being underwater. The Lurker Shark ran right into the entrails of the scroll, shocking him and stunning him for a few seconds. Teran swam back up to the surface again. "Is Lady Mia awake yet?!" He yelled back.

Thom growled at Teren. "Its Mia, just Mia. Drop the courtly act," he growled out through clenched teeth. Then he compleatly ignored him putting two fingers on his sister's forhead and closing his eyes.

"Comon Mi," whispered Thom and did somthing with Mia's eco in her system. He started arranging it so that it would take a few minutes, and not hours (it would if she was felt to arrange it herself) for her to wake up.

Teran began to draw another scroll, but it was knocked from his hands. The lurker shark tried getting its teeth around Teran, but he narrowly dodged. "This isn't going well." He thought.

Mia's eyes popped open. And as soon as she saw Thom she shoved herself away from him. "Hey, before you beat my ass let me go rescue the squirt before he gets himself eaten," said Thom with a sigh taking off his vest and hammer.
"Huh?"
"Teran, the idiot, is fighting a Lurker shark," Thom sighed.

Teran resurfaced again for air. He saw Mia was awake again. "MIA! Guess what! I'm catching you a Lurker Shark!!" He yelled back to shore. He dove again.

"What a twit," said Thom. "Can you even use Lurker shark for anything?" he asked and started for the water.
"Erm... yeah, a few things. Kinda a usless animal though, and its pointless really to kill one for the items when they wash up on the shore somtimes."

Teran took a slow slash at the shark then countered with another lightining scroll. It was down for a few seconds. Teran finished it off with an energy scroll. He laughed, then resurfaced for air, the Lurker shark still underwater.

Teran was already swimming back to shore. He was elated from his victory over the Lurker Shark, and was grinning madly. He got to shore, dragging the fish behind him.
